Healthy Work-Life Balance
- Employees receive four weeks (20 days) of paid time off (PTO), plus 10 federal holidays.

- Medical coverage is provided through UnitedHealthcare with $0 copay and $0 coinsurance.
- DarkStar pays 100% of the premium costs for employees and their families and contributes $3000 per year to a Health Savings Account (HSA).

- Dental coverage is provided by UnitedHealthcare Dental.
- DarkStar pays 100% of the premium costs for employees and their families.
Vision Benefits
- Vision coverage is provided by UnitedHealthcare Vision.
- DarkStar pays 100% of the premium costs for employees and their families.
Short Term Disability
- DarkStar pays 100% of the premium cost for employee short term disability (STD) insurance.
- STD coverage provides 60% of weekly earnings up to a max of $2,000 per week.
Long Term Disability
- DarkStar pays 100% of the premium cost for employee long term disability (LTD) insurance.
- LTD coverage provides 60% of weekly earnings up to a max of $10,000 per month.
Life/AD&D/Loss of Use Coverage
- DarkStar pays for a $100,000 life insurance policy with full payout to
surviving beneficiary. - Amount paid to employee under loss of use coverage varies from 25% to 100% based on injury.
